Requesting transcripts for the NCAA Eligibility Center:

• Log into NCAA
• For first time users, create an account with the NCAA Eligibility Center
• Click on MY PLANNER
• Click on MY TASK LISK and then in the OPEN TASKS sections click to request a transcript
• Follow the prompts and get a confirmation of the PARCHMENT request
• After the above steps, complete and hand in a green sheet to the Counseling Office for the NCAA Eligibility Center.  Your transcript will then be sent to the Eligibility Center.

CORE COURSE GPA - This program tracks a student-athlete's progress towards meeting NCAA Eligibility Center requirements. These codes will need to be entered into your account to track your academic progress: (School ID: 334475) (School Code: 728376622)

Please be wary of organizations that will promise to find a student a sports scholarship. The only athletic divisions that give scholarships have very clear academic ACT/SAT guidelines. Work with your counselor to determine your eligibility and the process for registering with the NCAA.
