The Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) offers residents the opportunity to request copies of district documents and records. Residents interested in obtaining particular documents should submit their request in writing to the district's Record Access Officer, Lynn Scott at the Penfield District Administration Building, 2590 Atlantic Ave., Rochester, NY 14625 or via e-mail to LScott@penfield.edu

Requests should include the specific items being requested and the format in which they are desired. Please note there is a $.25 per page copying charge for all hard copy documents.
