Medicaid Compliance Reporting

The Penfield Central School District has adopted a Medicaid Compliance Plan. This plan was developed in accordance with New York State law to improve efficiency and accountability and streamline processes related to Medicaid fraud, detection and prevention in the school district. Part of the plan requires the designation of a Medicaid Compliance Officer. Mr. Scott Drechsler has been designated as the Compliance Officer for the district. All employees and residents have a responsibility to report concerns regarding potential violations of the Medicaid program to the Compliance Officer.
