Project Scope
The proposed project includes the following improvements and renovations to preserve our infrastructure and meet current program needs:
- Penfield High School - Building addition for dedicated STEM space, team/locker room renovations, tutoring center, field lighting at the new multipurpose field, roof replacement
- Bay Trail Middle School - Renovation of the auditorium, kitchen, west bridge and loading dock, relocation of nurse’s suite, new meeting and storage spaces, roof replacement
- Cobbles - Boiler replacement, playground replacement, skylight replacement, cafeteria and gym storage/meeting room renovations
- Harris Hill - Gym air conditioning, kitchen and cafetorium renovations, outdoor amphitheater reconstruction, parking lot addition
- Indian Landing - Kitchen expansion and renovation, A/C replacement in main office and library, P.E. and fitness renovations
- Scribner - Building-wide air conditioning, music room expansion, restroom renovation, reconfiguration of office and P.E. spaces
- District Office - Roof Replacement
- All Schools – Door, hardware, and lock replacement to improve safety

Project Funding
The estimated cost of the project is $73,151,892. The District will be using $19,495,000 in capital reserve funds and $4,910,000 in available current funds to help finance the project. Payments on the remaining balance will be offset by state building aid. Therefore, there is no additional tax impact associated with this project.
Voter Information
Voter Eligibility Requirements
A voter must be an American citizen, at least 18 years of age, a resident of the district for at least 30 days, and provide proof of residency with a form of identification that shows name and address.
Absentee and Early Voter Ballots Available
Applications for absentee and early voter ballots will be available in mid-November from the District Clerk between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at the District Office, 2590 Atlantic Ave or by calling 585-249-5744. Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven days prior to the vote, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the vote, if the voter is picking up the ballot in person. Absentee and early voter ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
