Term Ends: 2027

Mr. Moriarty was elected to the Board in 2024 and will serve as president for the 2026-27 school year.

A retired educator, Mr. Moriarty served as a secondary science teacher for 16 years and was a school building principal/assistant principal for 17 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in geology from SUNY Geneseo, a master’s degree in education from University of Rochester, and a CAS in educational administration from SUNY Brockport. He and his wife, Ellen, have one child and three grandchildren.

Term Ends: 2027

Mrs. Gilbert-Collins was elected to the Board in 2025 and will serve as vice president for the 2026-27 school year.

Mrs. Gilbert-Collins was born and raised in South Dakota. She taught ESL at the college/adult level for seven years and now contracts with a standardized testing company. She is an author and has published a novel and numerous short stories. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Oberlin College and a master’s degree in English as a Second Language from the University of Minnesota. She and her husband, Timothy, have two children.

Mrs. Harley was elected to the Board in 2021 and served as Vice President in 2023-24.

Mrs. Harley works as a senond grade teacher in the West Irondequoit Central School District. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Le Moyne College and a master’s degree in learning disabilities from Syracuse University. She and her husband, Charlton, have six children.

Mrs. Kavanagh was elected to the Board in 2026.

Mrs. Kavanagh serves as the Senior Director of Client Experience for Global Legal Technology Corporation, where she also serves as the Core Executive Leader of its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team. A graduate of St. John Fisher University, she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. She and her husband, Neil, have one child.

Ms. Lonardo was elected to the Board in 2026.

Ms. Lonardo is a 38-year veteran teacher and currently teaches first grade at Spencerport Central Schools. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Michigan State University and a master’s in education from SUNY Brockport. She has one son who graduated from Penfield High School in 2026.

Term Ends: 2028

Dr. Roberts was elected to the Board in 2019, and again in 2025. She served as President for the 2023-24 school year.

Dr. Roberts currently works as a family and consumer science teacher in the Brighton Central School District. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutritional management from RIT, a master’s degree in educational administration from St. John Fisher University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from North Central University. She has three children.

Dr. Wilson was elected to the Board in 2025.

Dr. Wilson is a Physician and Instructor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester. He holds bachelor’s degrees in physics and mathematics from SUNY Geneso, a master’s in chemical engineering from the University of Rochester, and earned his medical degree from St. George’s University. He and his wife, Amanda, have two children.
