Census Information

Each year, the District conducts an annual census, as well as tracks changes that occur throughout the year.

You must complete a census form:

  • If you have any changes to your household information such as the birth of a child, death of a family member, new address, household member moved in/out.
  • If you are a new resident of our district.

You may complete your census form in the following manner:

  • Current Penfield School District parents – Log in to your Infinite Campus parent portal account and submit a request to update your information.
  • Residents without students in the Penfield public schools – Please submit your information by clicking on the link below and completing the census form.

Please Note: Children who turn age 5 by Dec. 1st are eligible to start kindergarten in the fall. If you haven’t previously completed a census form, please call us at the number listed above and let us know if you have a kindergarten-aged child.
