2025-26 Budget Information

The 2025-26 School Budget Vote and Board Election is being held from 6 am to 9 pm Tuesday, May 20, 2025 in the Penfield High School Gym.

New Voting Machines

Please note that the Monroe County Board of Elections is implementing new touchscreen voting machines for all elections, including the School Budget Vote and Board Election. Absentee and Early Voter Ballots Available

Applications for absentee and early voter ballots are available as of Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from the District Clerk between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at the District Office, 2590 Atlantic Ave or by calling 585-249-5744. Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven days prior to the vote, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the vote, if the voter is picking up the ballot in person. Absentee and early voter ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
