Students are challenged to think critically, experiment, collaborate, and access information while integrating content areas with the arts and technology. Students continue their learning through participation in a variety of teacher and Parent Teacher Association (PTA) clubs and activities that include: Chess Club, Intramurals, Student Council, Planet Science, and Buddy Up Club. Students also participate in daily broadcasts from our Scribner T.V. studio. In addition, a school-wide character education program (Kids Who Care) fostering caring, integrity, respect, responsibility and self-discipline allows our students to develop into productive, contributing citizens. Mac OS User Tabbing
For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:
Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.
Additional settings for Safari Browser.
Open Safari Preferences:
Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.
