Welcome to Scribner Elementary

Scribner Road Elementary School is a K-5 elementary school with approximately 550 students located in Penfield, New York. Through the implementation of Core Curriculum, our school is committed toFile:ScribnerRoadElementarySchoolPenfieldNewYork.jpg - Wikipedia maximizing the potential of all students by providing rich learning experiences to promote growth and life-long success. Students are challenged to think critically, experiment, collaborate, and access information while integrating content areas with the arts and technology. Students continue their learning through participation in a variety of teacher and Parent Teacher Association (PTA) clubs and activities that include: Chess Club, Intramurals, Student Council, Planet Science, and Buddy Up Club. Students also participate in daily broadcasts from our Scribner T.V. studio. In addition, a school-wide character education program (Kids Who Care) fostering caring, integrity, respect, responsibility and self-discipline allows our students to develop into productive, contributing citizens. The staff of Scribner Road Elementary School is committed to providing a memorable educational experience for children and working as partners with all families to ensure success now and in the future.
