Penfield Central School District Board of Education members Krista Khan and Susan Gilbert-Collins recently earned recognition from the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA).

During a ceremony hosted by the Monroe County Council of School Superintendents’ (MCCOSS), Penfield High School senior Aidan Elliot was recognized as a Michael C. O'Laughlin Outstanding Senior.

Dr. Davné McGee, Assistant Director of Programs at Penfield, was recently honored by the Genesee Valley Chapter of ASCD.

On Tuesday, May 19, voters approved Penfield Central School District’s proposed 2026-2027 budget, with 2,466 votes in favor and 1,222 votes opposed.

Ninth graders taking French 2 at Penfield High School performed exceptionally well on a national contest that tested their proficiency in the language.
