Penfield families who have children who will be age 5 by Dec. 1, 2025 are invited to register for Kindergarten for the 2025-26 school year using the following process:

1. Complete the online Kindergarten Registration Form by February 1, 2025.
2. Once you have completed the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email indicating next steps. In order to fully register your child, you will still need to provide the following documentation:

• Proof of child’s age (copy of birth certificate/passport)
• Residency verification (copy of lease/mortgage, utility bill, insurance). If you are a current Penfield CSD family and have children in our schools, you do not need to provide residency verification.
• Health Appraisal Form & Immunization Record (from child’s pediatrician)

These documents can either be emailed to the District Registrar at MOsman@penfield.edu or dropped off at the Penfield CSD District Office, 2590 Atlantic Ave., Rochester, NY 14625. If your child is legally blind, has an IEP/504, or you need to provide documentation related to custody, please contact Michelle Osman at the email above or at 585-249-5729.
