Student Registration


The Registrar's Office is responsible for registering all students in the Penfield School District.


Enrollment

All students must be enrolled by the Registrar's Office prior to attending school in the District. For Kindergarten enrollment, students must turn 5 on or before Dec. 1st to be eligible to enroll in school for September.


Parents may enroll their children by making an appointment with the Registrar's Office at (585) 249-5729.


Documents Upon Registration

At the time of registration, parents will need to provide proof of residency, proof of birth and citizenship, and proof of immunizations. Acceptable proof of residency includes the original copy of a tax bill, homeowners insurance policy, mortgage commitment letter, lease signed by both tenant & landlord, or purchase agreement. Parents living within the school district whose children are not U.S. Citizens must also provide their passport, visa or green card. Custody agreements will also need to be provided, if applicable.
